What is worth reporting
A code that will not scan is the most useful kind of report. Tell us which generator you used, what you typed in, and which app or phone failed to read the result. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem, since every code is built from the text you enter using a published format.
We cannot see what you generated. Nothing you type reaches us, so a report that says only that something went wrong leaves us with nothing to work from.
What we cannot help with
We do not run a scan-tracking or analytics service for codes, we cannot change a code after it is printed, and we cannot recover history that has been cleared from your browser. Those limits come from the design: the site has no account and no server-side copy of your work.
